Meet the Therapist

Cambridge Hydrotherapy Centre is run and managed by Aimee Plumb. Aimee is fully qualified in the Level 3 diploma of Small Animal Hydrotherapy, has a Diploma in Canine Myotherapy and is qualified as a fear-free professional. Aimee is passionate about the health and well-being of all breeds of dogs and realises how vital hydrotherapy can be for pain relief and rehabilitation for dogs with certain conditions, and injuries as well as general fitness. Aimee's passion for hydrotherapy came about due to the fact that her late dog, Stan, was riddled with arthritis and had a spinal cord stroke so found general life activities difficult. Not only did Stan have a painful condition he was reactive to people and dogs so finding a local centre that was able to meet his needs was difficult. This pushed Aimee to take on Cambridge Hydrotherapy Centre and make it a safe place for all dogs including reactive dogs.
